This was my very first attempt at canning and I must say it really came out very well. I enjoyed the process of cooking and canning the jelly very much. I plan on making some more and giving them away as Christmas gifts.
I boiled the jelly on the stove for 10 mins, before canning
With your love of peppers and my love of chillis, I can see that we are going to get on just fine together!
ReplyDeleteThanks so much, I have a lot to learn about peppers and chillis. I did however buy some Serrano chili seeds for the spring garden, along with peppino and Jalafuego varieties this year. I'll let you know how they turn out.
